Coop de Grill is a family-run catering pop-up serving up something you can't get just anywhere — buttermilk-marinated, hand-breaded chicken fried in real beef tallow. It's an old-school technique that turns out a crust that's richer, crispier, and more flavorful than anything cooked in vegetable oil.
From scratch-made buttermilk biscuits to house jalapeño-lime sauce, everything is made by hand. We bring the whole operation to private parties, church gatherings, and community events across San Luis Obispo County.
